  • Select the ‘Paper / Quality’ icon and pick the corresponding paper size from the drop-down menu list
  • From the drop-down menu select the required form of the document.
  • Click the OK button, and press the “Yes” icon to print the document again.


Step 4: Clean the Rollers

  • Turn off the printer unit, then unplug the power cable.
  • Open the door to use the rollers to work with.
  • Clean all the rollers in rubber with a soft piece of cloth.
  • Make sure all of the paper rollers on the input tray are cleaned out full. Put a piece of soft cotton in the rollers
